Standard Orders:
Custom embroidery hats: Approximately 10 business days after design finalization and order placement.
Custom patch hats: Approximately 20 business days after design finalization and order placement.
Rush Orders: For faster production, we offer rush services for an additional fee, reducing production time to 3-5 business days, depending on order quantity.

We accept returns for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Custom items are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing error.

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

1. The item must be unused and in its original condition as received to qualify for a return.
2. Returns will only be accepted with a valid order number.
3. Refunds must be linked to an associated order number.
4. Claims for shortages or damages must be made within 3 days of receipt. Ensure you check all blank product shipments for accuracy before decorating the items.

If you do not receive the goods or have concerns about the product, you must submit a request within 20 days of shipment. Returns for orders older than 20 days will not be accepted (From the time of the order)

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for the following cases:

2. Decorated, washed, or worn items.
3. Items returned without original packaging, tags, or stickers. For quality inspection, you may open one cap.
4. Sale items and final sale items.
5. Sample orders (any order of fewer than 5 pieces).
6. Orders not delivered due to third-party service issues, such as wrong address, unless the Guaranteed Delivery Service was purchased.

Return Fees
