Trading & Pricing Policy

This Trading, Pricing & Payment Policy applies to all business transactions conducted with customers located in the European Union (EU), including wholesale, blank headwear, and custom-made products.

This policy is designed in accordance with applicable EU commercial, VAT, and consumer protection regulations, without limiting any mandatory statutory rights under local law.

We aim to provide fair, competitive, and scalable pricing for wholesalers, distributors, decorators, brands, and professional buyers.

All prices are determined based on:

  • Product type (blank or customized)
  • Order quantity
  • Materials, craftsmanship, and production process
  • Logistics and regulatory costs

Prices are always communicated clearly and in advance before order confirmation.

3.1 Price Adjustment Right

Due to potential fluctuations in:

  • Raw material prices
  • Manufacturing and labor costs
  • Customs duties and import/export regulations
  • Freight, fuel, and logistics costs
  • Exchange rates or regulatory changes

we reserve the right to adjust our prices from time to time.

3.2 Binding Prices

  • Price adjustments apply only to new quotations or new orders
  • Once an order has been formally confirmed and paid, the agreed price becomes binding and will not be changed retroactively

This approach complies with EU principles of price transparency and contractual certainty.

We offer tiered pricing structures based on order quantity:

  • Higher volumes qualify for lower unit prices
  • Blank headwear and customized headwear are priced and calculated separately, as they involve different cost structures
  • Volume thresholds, unit prices, and applicable discounts are specified in quotations or product pages

Long-term or strategic partners may request customized pricing agreements subject to written confirmation.

5.1 Sampling Fees

For customized products, sampling fees may apply to cover:

  • Artwork setup and digitization
  • Material sourcing
  • Prototype production and testing

Sampling fees will be clearly stated prior to sample production.

5.2 Sample Fee Credit

If a subsequent bulk order reaches the agreed minimum quantity, the sampling fee may be partially or fully credited toward the final order amount, as specified in the quotation.

Samples are produced for evaluation purposes only and may show minor differences compared to mass production.

6.1 Payment Terms

To ensure efficient production planning and logistics, the following payment terms apply:

  • 100% full payment is required prior to shipment for all orders
  • For custom-made or made-to-order products, full payment is required at the time of order placement to initiate production
  • No goods will be dispatched until the total payable amount has been received and cleared

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, no open account (OA) or extended credit terms are offered.

6.2 Payment Terms (Account Periods)

  • Standard terms: Prepayment only
  • Any agreed payment term (e.g. deposit + balance, or short account period) must be confirmed in writing and applies only to the specific order
  • Late payments may result in production delays or order suspension, in accordance with EU commercial practices

6.3 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following secure and commonly used payment methods for European customers:

  • Bank Transfer (T/T / SEPA Transfer)
  • Digital Wallets: PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Credit / Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Diners Club, Discover, JCB
  • Buy Now, Pay Later: Klarna (subject to eligibility and local availability)

This policy follows key EU legal principles, including:

  • Pre-contractual information transparency
  • Clear price disclosure
  • Contractual certainty once payment is confirmed
  • Fair commercial practices

We reserve the right to update or amend this policy to reflect:

  • Regulatory or tax changes
  • Market conditions
  • Operational adjustments
