How to become distributor
All applicants must provide valid EU VAT number. Foremost Hat categorizes partners into three tiers based on procurement scale, operational capabilities, and market influence.
Tier 1: Authorized Dealer
Admission Threshold: Total paid orders must be ≥€100 prior to application.
Tier 2: Premier Partner
Admission Threshold:Total orders over €1,000 within 30 days.
Tier 3: Strategic Partner
Admission Threshold: By Invitation Only. This tier requires special approval from our executive management team.

Pricing: Tier pricing (standard pricing applies if threshold isn't met); Sales tax exemption.
Logistics: Free shipping on 48+ units.
Product: 10 free samples/year.

Relevant Policies
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna with no processing fees.
For large orders, a deposit may be required before production begins.
Distributor prices do not include shipping fees.
Available carriers: UPS, FedEx, UPS 2nd Day, USPS.
Blank products: Shipped from Germany or China warehouse, processed within 5-7 business days.
Custom orders: Produced in China or Vietnam; standard lead time 10–15 business days (excluding holidays), air and sea freight options available.
Unless otherwise stated, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping warehouse to meet delivery requirements.
If canceled after artwork and production preparation are complete: €50 fee applies.
If special decorations (such as patches, woven labels) have been produced, additional material costs apply.
Return Conditions:
Shortages or damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
Decorated, washed, or worn hats cannot be returned unless defective.
Returns must be approved and requested within 15 days of delivery.
A 10% restocking fee applies to returns (shipping fees are non-refundable).
Distributors must disclose all sales channels in writing before cooperation (websites, brick-and-mortar stores, online marketplaces, social media, etc.).
Selling Foremost Hat products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or other third-party marketplaces without written consent is prohibited; reselling to other wholesalers or unauthorized dealers is also prohibited.
Free Sample Support — Distributors may apply for free samples for display, testing, or promotion (application and approval required).
Printed & Digital Catalogs — Printed catalogs and downloadable digital versions available.
Joint Exhibition Program — Invitations to participate in joint trade show exhibitions.
Regional Event Sponsorship — Sponsorship for brand-aligned local events (application and approval required).
Other Negotiable Support — Additional marketing support may be discussed and agreed upon.
Agreements are signed annually and reviewed each year; renewal is automatic if targets are met.
If purchase requirements are not met or if pricing/channel policies are violated, Foremost Hat reserves the right not to renew the agreement.
