Shipping Protection
We partner with Seel to provide shipping protection for your orders. This service offers coverage in case your parcel is lost or damaged during transit.
How to File a Claim
Applying for a claim is simple and fully online:
- Log in using the email address and policy ID/order ID.
- Locate your order confirmation email and click “Report an Issue”, or visit the Seel claims portal
- Select the issue type (Lost or Damaged)
- Upload the required information (order number, photos if damaged)
- Submit your claim for review
Most claims are processed within a few business days.
What Is Covered
To qualify for coverage, any issue must be reported within the following time frames:
- For lost orders, within 90 days of order date if marked not delivered by the carrier.
- For damaged orders, within 7 days of the reported delivery date.
- For delays, 10+ days domestically, 30+ days internationally after fulfilliment.
All claims must also be made within 90 days of your order date.
Delay Compensation
No additional claim information is required.
Seel will automatically process your claim based on the logistics order number.
Damage Compensation
Provide photos of the outer and inner packaging showing the damage and photos of the damaged goods themselves.
Loss Compensation
If tracking confirms the parcel is lost, your claim will be processed directly. If tracking shows delivery but the parcel was not received, please provide one form of supporting evidence, such as a police report, delivery-area video footage, confirmation from the carrier, or written documentation from a relevant authority.
